文章詳細(xì)介紹了壓力機(jī)群控系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，主要任務(wù)包括了上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件的開發(fā)、硬
件電路的設(shè)計(jì)和下位機(jī)的編程。系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)采用c++ Builder6.0 來進(jìn)行監(jiān)控程序的開
發(fā)，壓力機(jī)群整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)采用RS-485 的通信方式進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通信，控制板處理器選用集
成了A/D 和D/A 的高性能增強(qiáng)型MCU—aduc841,并充分的考慮了電磁干擾與可靠性
問題，同時(shí)下位機(jī)控制程序嵌入了嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)uC/OS-Ⅱ，以提高系統(tǒng)的實(shí)
時(shí)性與可靠性。

Abstract: This paper describe the realization of group control system for presses in detail,
including the development of monitoring software of host computer, the design of
hardware circuit and programming of the slave computer. The monitoring software is
programmed with c++ Builder6.0, the net of the system choose RS-485 communication
protocol; the control board select high-performance MCU—aduc841 which integrate
A/D&D/A and it is designed in the thinking of EMI and reliability fully, meanwhile in
order to improve the real-time and reliability of the system, the slave computer embed
the real time operating system uC/OS-Ⅱ.
